Haircut and Potty Training!

You would think with one less child this week I would be a little more energized and ready to get some things done.....NOT the case. I think I am just so worn out from so many birthdays, visits from family, dance recitals and birthday parties that I just don't know what to do with myself other than sleep! I did go for a very relaxing massage yesterday.........but I had an appt. today for a facial and haircut and fell asleep and missed both!!!!

It is no secret Lyza needed a "hair thinning".....but what she got was a major chop! I was told while I was watching it get thinned with thinning shears it would not take the length off...WRONG, it did. I know it must feel better, espceialy with our summer heat...but it is way more than I ever would have wanted taken off. I am so used to her VERY long curls and putting it back that I am beside myself with the fact all it needs is a small hair clip to pin the bangs back!!! I compared her 6 month photos with how it looks now and she had more hair at 6 mos!!!!!!!!! Ok...so it will grow back, and probably even thicker now but until then....I'll just be glad I don't have to use as much shampoo and conditioner :-)

Madisyn's dance recital was awesome and will post pic's tomorrow of that...and the video! She flew to her dad's on Monday and made it safe and sound.......I hope she has a wonderful time, but I will be ready for her to come home in mid July for a week for Volleyball camp!!!
