reduces anxiety and stress,
oxgenates our blood and organs
improves circulation, and releases endorphins.
Laughter....
lifts our moods
reduces blood pressure,
and strengthens our immune system.
Laughter....
increases learning and helps you (and your children) retain knowledge,
reduces pain,
and just feels good.
Laughter....
knows no cultural boundaries -- you don't have to speak the same language to laugh with someone, and nothing breaks the ice better when you are in a group situation -- it is one form of communication in which everyone can relate!
