Madisyn's Exhibition Dance was tonight at Central High School. It was actually very entertaining watching the other schools, high schools and even college cheer and dance squads perform. Lyza was really thrilled, clapped and cheered the whole time she was there. Madisyn did and EXCELLENT job.....maybe I'm a little biased, but the girls has moves, facial expressions and the attitude to go with it! She does great and I'm very proud. The video is posted above! I zoomed in on her a lot, so you will know which one is her!
There is no school tomorrow...and probably not for a few days. It started sleeting as soon as we left the gymnasium.....and has continued ever since. We got a bit of snow mixed in with it....so we have 1/2 " of ice right now....with some snow mixed in, making it very pretty and sparkly! I put a photo above it as well. It came fast, as they predicted because we got that within 1/2 hr. I took Lyza to the door and she yelled "Snow, Snow, Snow.....Maisyn, SNOW"...then ran and got her in her room and took Maisyn to the door to see it. Pretty cute.....it is very loud too...since it is ice coming down!
We will most likely play out in the snow tomorrow, I feel sorry for Chris having to sleep all day...especially with no school. Our house is the hangout house for the girls because we have hills to sled on and lots of room to roam! Oh well......we'll play games by the fire and try to be good! Hot chocolate will be a must also....I was smart, I went to target and stocked up on hot chocolate and chicken noodle soup before Maddy's dance tonight!

Misty, I chcuckled when I read your passage because I watched the video first and was going to tell you you're in big trouble because your baby girl got moves!! LOL!!
I have to ask after reading her shirt is this something your school offers or does she do this in a private division? Just curious because we only have highschool hi-steppers around here. In order to get into dance and cheer we pay to go to a studio!
