Care Packages

How fortunate am I that I received two care packages this week from two different friends...in two different states??

Today I will elaborate on my friend Marcie's package that came from West Virginia! I was tickled pink to get it in the mail...and it was unexpected! A few of the items I purchased to help with a fundraiser for a mission trip that she and her daughter, Kalley are on this week in Mexico! They have a BEAUTIFUL baby girl from Guatemala, Karina, that came home just a few months before Lyza did! I remember the day they got their referral, I was so excited because I knew we were getting closer to the top of that waiting list! We became friends instantly as did Madisyn and her daughter Kalley. When Marcie and her beautiful family went to Guatemala to pick Karina up, they met with my foster family, made a dvd and sent it to us! If you have gone through this process or are familiar with it you know that this is one of the most thoughtful gifts anyone could ever give a family!!! Priceless!!!
