How fun, entertaining and frustrating that will be! Luckily both girls have class on the same night, same I did luck out there!

Madisyn has survived her first few days of 8th grade....being in the top spot in the school has it's perks I guess!!

My mama has been her the last two nights...staying to help me disinfect the house and get thins on the mend here. What a week it has been.....first me in with the specialists to do an upper GI and an ultrsound. They found a small mass/tumor near my gallbladder but they are more concerned about this digestive problem I am having. They discovered that anything I eat or drink is nothing going down properly. is just causing what does pass to just sit in there and rot pretty much...and that is what is causing the vomiting. Right now the only thing I have heard is that I will have to take a pill each day for the rest of my life that will help strengthen the muscles. I go back Aug. 20th to a spcialist and they are going to monitor me eating solid foods. I am going to copy and paste what is going on with it is too long for me to sit here and type out again!

Thank you so much for all your prayers, well wishes, calls and offers to help! They are so very much appreciated! Your kindness will not be forgotten!

Well.....the ER doctor really pushed us off, it was crazy. They ended up giving him an IV and pain meds/muscle relaxer/Valium through his IV, which made him loopy, but still did not take away the pain. It was terrible...he could not hardly walk at all or lift his arms....he just cried from the pain nonstop. That is not like Chris at all. He has been off work all week also. The ER said they would not admit him, they ran several tests and sent him home with five prescriptions. One of the meds was for any/all tickborne diseases and they led us to believe that there were no specific tests to run to check for tick related illnesses. His regular dr called me yesterday afternoon and wanted me to bring him in this morning, as she was not satisfied with what the hospital had done (neither were we!!!). When we got there she looked over the meds, thought it was a terrible combo and she checked everything they had done at the hospital and was not happy that they did not run tests for the ticks but gave him the RX for it. So today she ran all the tests for the different tick illnesses.....THERE ARE SPECIFIC TESTS FOR THAT!!! They set him up with an infectious disease dr. for next week. The same doctor that worked on me the two weeks that I was in the hospital several years ago. So...we are just taking it day by day, hour by hour with him. When it rains it pours!!!! :-))

Weekend at home....

We had a wonderful weekend at home this past weekend! The kids were full of energy....Lyza asked for "Puppybear" a million times and then acted like a puppy for the entire weekend (she is still acting that way...!). On Friday night we had a birthday party for my grandfather......then Trish and I took the kids to another birthday party (swimming) and didn't get home until about 10:30 pm!! On Saturday I went to visit my Uncle Johnny and Aunt Janice......, Chris helped my dad on the cabin and picnic area....and we took lots of golf cart rides for Lyza! I did a photo shoot on Sunday...then after visiting Brandon and Trish for a short spell, we headed back to Evansville! It is always a treat to go home for the weekend....but I love coming back into our normal routine just as much. I love it when I can get home and see lots of friends and family at once...and not feel rushed. It was a pretty lazy weekend.......just like I like it! Madisyn comes home tomorrow!!!! DID YA HEAR ME....MADISYN COMES HOME TOMORROW! I am beyond excited!!

On her way home!!!

Madisyn will be home in 2 days.......I can't believe it is almost time for school to start!!!
The summer went very quick....which in a sense is good for me....I hate it when Madisyn is gone! Soon we'll be back to running every night of the week and attending school events nonstop, I believe this will help me a lot. I am having a really tough time this summer with being just seems like it never ends! I go for an upper endoscopy tomorrow and an ultrasound, no fun!!! I hope they find something I am pretty tired of being poked and prodded on! If they do not find anything with these tests, I will have to have a laperscopy done to see if there is endometriosis in my ovaries or stomach lining.
Lyza has started to be a puppy ever since we brought "puppybear Macey" home. She eats, drinks and hops around like a dog ALL day long. Every time Macey barks....she yells "Hush Puppybear.....Wats yer problem" is so cute! She does love the "Puppybear". She is putting together full sentences now...has several books memorized and can sing more songs than I can keep track of! It is pretty cute.....and for the past two weeks since Juliana and Amaya have stayed with us, she insists on painting her fingernails and toenails each day! Today they are bright red :-))
Maddy will be going into the 8th grade this year!! Unreal. She starts soccer games next week already and volleyball will start in two weeks. We are going to be busy! I miss her so much....I can't wait to get her home!
Will post more when she gets home!
